What is Pegit?
Pegit is a guy rope anchor plate that has been designed to hold guy ropes securely on the ground, whether that is to grass, decking or concrete.
Why does Pegit work?
The guy rope attaches to a central hook rather than a single peg, thus allowing multiple pegs to be used and giving more resistance.
When do you use Pegit?
You can use Peg-it to secure the main guy ropes on tents, gazebos or awnings and they can either be pegged into grass or screwed into decking or concrete.
How to use Pegit.
Insert 3 pegs through the large holes when pegging to the ground, where possible insert at an angle.
Or insert 3 pan headed screws in the small holes when securing to decking or a hard surface. Suggested screw size is 4 x 40mm
Hard surfaces like concrete will require drilling with a masonry drill and drill bit along with a rawl plug inserted into the hole. Suggested drill bit is 5.5mm with a red rawl plug.
